Job Description:

The Corporate Finance Paralegal is responsible for assisting practice group in all areas of deal structures including:  Preparing, researching and filing documents as the relate to Debt Finance, Secured Lending, M&A transactions, including formation and dissolution documents, UCC searches, good standing certifications and statutory filings, and coordinating closing and post-closing activities

Qualifications & Requirements

·        *This position requires 3+ years of substantive experience in Secured Lending or Debt Finance, M&A experience a plus.
·        *Requirements of California Business and Professions Code Section 6450(c).  A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
·        Additional qualifications include excellent analytical and organizational abilities, solid communication and computer skills, superb customer service skills, creativity, and initiative.
·        Flexibility for overtime and travel.
