HR Coordinator

Leading national  law firms is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is exciting opportunity for anyone who is interested in long term professional development. Primary responsibilities will include employee relations, benefit administration including overseeing LOA’s, onboarding, HRIS support and more.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist with development of HR policies as it pertains to employee relations
• Entering new hire information into the HRIS database
• Conduct Orientation and training on HR functions
• Facilitate Leaves of Absences by tracking leaves, drafting communications to employees, notifying

insurance carriers, and collecting employee premiums
• Employee Relations, responds to employee inquiries on a regular basis
• Maintains personal files and prepares reports on HR data
• Oversee training and development initiatives
• Assist with open enrollment, process changes and answer benefit questions


• Must have at least two years of recent experience as a Human Resources support professional
• Bachelor’s degree is required, professional HR certification is preferred
• Must possess superior written and verbal communication skills
• Law firm, CPA firm or similar professional services experience preferred
• Must be able to handle confidential HR matters with sensitivity and good judgment
