West Los Angeles law firm is presently seeking a professional, proactive Litigation Paralegal willing to take a leading role in supporting the Firm’s dynamic growing litigation department. This impressive law firm is a recognized leader within Los Angeles in multiple practice areas including Commercial Litigation, Information Technology, Intellectual Property, and many more. Responsibilities for the Litigation Paralegal will include, but are not limited to, daily case management, preparing filings, management of discovery, pretrial and trial logistics. The Litigation Paralegal will also supervise a trial team and be responsible for complex case management. Overtime and travel will be required, as needed. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of seven + years of substantive paralegal litigation experience *Comprehensive knowledge of all facets trial; case management, trial experience and supervisory experience preferred
- *Proficiency in e-discovery and litigation support tools such as Concordance, Relativity, etc.
- *Candidates must comply with the California paralegal code to be considered and a BA/BS is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and have excellent oral and written communication skills,
- o Litigation paralegal will exercise excellent judgment and decision making skills, strong organizational skills
- Strong track record of superior attention to detail
