Matura Farrington Inc. is currently seeking candidates for a financial institution in downtown Los Angeles. Seeking a long term temporary Loan Workout Litigation Paralegal to support the in-house legal department.

Job Requirements:

• *The paralegal have a minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience working with loan documents, such as promissory notes, loan agreements, deeds of trust, guarantees, and security agreements.
• *A litigation background is required, although position will be primarily assisting 1-3 attorneys with workouts, foreclosures and bankruptcy issues.
• *Experience with Word and Excel required. Position will be updating status charts (Excel) and assisting attorney with budgets, communicating with outside counsel and handling invoices.
• *Must be willing to commit to a long term contract up to 12 months.
