Matura Farrington Staffing Services is seeking candidates for a prominent downtown Los Angeles law firm in need of an office services / records clerk for a direct hire opportunity. Office Services Clerk responsibilities include sorting files within the firm storage facility, bringing relevant files up to the firm suite, and working with other members of the administrative staff to label and organize all documents. Other duties may include preparing documents for offsite storage and destroying unnecessary files. The ideal candidate will take direction well, have high attention to detail, and feel comfortable working autonomously in an office setting in a collaborative, team oriented environment.
