Matura Farrington, Inc. is seeking a real estate paralegal with solid title and survey experience for a national law firm’s Orange County, CA office.  The successful real estate paralegal applicant will have worked with title review and analysis, survey review and have a solid background in broad real estate practice including purchase and sale agreements and closings. QUALIFICATIONS:

•             *Requires at least 3 years of real estate practice experience.

•             *Requires demonstrable title and survey experience.

•             *Requires document drafting skills.

•             *Requires as a paralegal under Business and Professional Code 6450.
