Downtown Los Angeles law firm is seeking an experienced corporate / real estate transactional paralegal for their real estate practice group.  This is a great opportunity to work for a well -established firm that offers a great life/work environment for any corporate / real estate paralegal.  This position will be supporting 3 busy corporate/ real estate attorneys.
QUALIFICATIONS:

·  *Real estate paralegal must have a minimum of three plus years of real estate paralegal transactional experience working for a known law firm.
·  *Real estate paralegal must have a thorough understanding and work experience reviewing and analyzing title and survey documents including the ability to prepare a title summary document, along with all aspects of the closing process for major real estate transactions.
·  Degree Highly desirable.
· *Requires as a paralegal under Business and Professional Code 6450.
