Branch office of a National law firm is looking to hire a 7 plus year senior commercial litigation attorney with solid business, employment, corporate or distribution practice experience. The Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney must have experience with all aspects of a litigation matter, from beginning to end, including 1st or 2nd chair trial experience. Successful applicant will have significant experience with depositions, pleadings and arbitrations. MUST BE LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA.

QUALIFICATIONS for Senior commercial litigation attorney
·        *Requires at least 7 years of solid, demonstrable commercial litigation practice experience.
·        *Requires demonstrable case management experience from start to finish, including trial.
·        *Requires California Bar number
·        Must have a JD from a top 25 law school
