Since 1994, Matura Farrington has succeeded in our mission to match employers with employees to form successful work relationships through the placement of over 11,000 candidates in direct-hire and temporary positions: 4000 direct hire and 7500 temporary.
Our Team Standards
Our staff of recruiters is comprised of both seasoned veterans and junior recruiters – all have earned our trust and respect. Many of our recruiters joined our team as trainees. By developing and training our own recruiters from “the ground up”, we ensure that our Company’s recruiting standards and methodologies are established from the beginning of a new recruiter’s career. In addition, our team of recruiters is required to abide by our Company’s recruiting policies and procedures that establish the standards by which we expect them to service clients and candidates. These policies and procedures address ethics, standards and norms that have been mandated by the founders in order to serve our clients at the highest level. We believe these standards are unique and superior in our industry, and are a key to the longevity of our clients and candidates.

Our team of 12 recruiters drives results for our clients through a unique type of collaboration. First, with so many well trained and tenured professionals on board in one office, we are able to recruit and manage a larger pool of candidates than smaller recruiting firms and branch offices of large firms. Secondly, our team creates synergy in the matching process that results in faster, better and longer lasting placements for our clients and candidates.
Member of the American Staffing Association
For over 15 years, we have been the only independent legal staffing firm in Los Angeles to maintain a membership with the American Staffing Association (ASA) and their affiliated chapter, California Staffing Professionals (CSP) – both are the voice of the U.S. staffing industry. ASA promotes the interests of the industry through legal and legislative advocacy, public relations, education, and the establishment of high standards of ethical conduct. A staffing firm that maintains membership does so because they are committed to their industry and believe in providing the best possible service according to the standards set by this organization.
Certified Staffing Professional – CSP
In our effort to maintain the highest standards in the staffing industry, members of our team have earned the designation of “Certified Staffing Professional” (CSP) through the American Staffing Association (ASA).
This certification program pertains to labor and employment law and ethical practices as they relate to the staffing industry. Professional certification helps a staffing firm avoid legal missteps that could result in court action, and protects the rights of candidates, employees and customers. CSP is a distinguished credential that demonstrates a staffing firm’s commitment to its customers, high level of professionalism, and dedicated efforts to comply with co-employment obligations and responsibilities.
Better Business Bureau Rating – A+
Matura Farrington Staffing Services has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau – the highest possible rating and the highest rating among all Los Angeles legal staffing agencies.
The rating the Better Business Bureau assigns a business is determined by a composite score of such factors as its type of business, length of time in business, compliance with competency licensing requirements, complaint volume, complaint history, seriousness of complaints, how the company responds to complaints, and the BBB’s experience with the company’s industry in general.
