File Clerk / Administrative Assistant

Matura Farrington Staffing Services is seeking a File Clerk / Administrative Assistant on a temp to hire basis to support a busy, growing CPA firm in West Los Angeles. The firm has an outstanding reputation and this position offers tremendous career growth potential!


Scanning and filing confidential client documents into firm wide database
Generate multiple reports on a daily basis
Maintain inventory of common areas such as the kitchen and copy rooms.
Back up reception duties


*Bachelor’s degree required – interest in accounting industry is preferred
*Must be able to commit to a flexible, daily work schedule, some overtime required
*Must be tech savvy; particularly with Outlook and database management
*6+ months professional work experience

*Represents basic qualifications for this File Clerk / Administrative Assistant position.
