File Clerk / Entry level Administrative Assistant

Matura Farrington Staffing Services is seeking an entry level File Clerk / Administrative Assistant on a temp to hire basis to support a busy, growing CPA firm in West Los Angeles. The firm has an outstanding reputation and this position offers tremendous career growth potential!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scanning and filing confidential client documents into firm wide database
  • Generate multiple reports on a daily basis
  • Maintain inventory of common areas such as the kitchen and copy rooms.
  • Back up reception duties

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • *Bachelor’s degree required – interest in accounting industry is preferred
  • *Must be able to commit to a flexible, daily work schedule
  • *Must be tech savvy; particularly with Outlook and database management

*Represents basic qualifications for this File Clerk / Administrative Assistant position. To be considered for this position you must at least meet the basic qualifications.
