Matura Farrington is currently seeking an outstanding front desk receptionist/assistant for an accounting/CPA firm in West Los Angeles. Successful receptionist / administrative assistant candidates will be very organized, friendly and polished. The receptionist / administrative assistant is the first to greet new guests and contacts so must be hospitable and professional and extremely reliable. This is a temp to hire opportunity.

-Answer and direct heavy incoming phone calls
-Manage and ensure phone systems are working properly
-Greet clients and exhibit excellent customer service skills
-Assist with administrative tasks as necessary
-Maintain conference rooms and meeting room schedules
-Manage and ensure audio/visual equipment set up for meetings.
· *Must have at least 1 year prior reception or administrative experience
· *Must be willing to perform administrative duties
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Bachelor’s degree highly prefered
