Growing national law firm is looking for an experienced Attorney Recruiting Manager to join their Los Angeles office to support the recruitment for Lateral Attorneys, Summer Associates, and other initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with talent development, and the candidate will work closely with the Director of Diversity and Inclusion
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Managing summer associate program including law school recruiting and outreach, OCI logistics, summer program orientation, activities, assignment tracking, attending summer associate program events
- Initiating and managing lateral hiring searches for associate and post clerk placements
- Managing professional development and CLE programs in coordination with the firm’s Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion team
- Assisting with on-boarding and related firm-wide initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience in managing recruiting and talent development with comprehensive understanding of a law firm or professional services environment
- Demonstrates the ability to deliver a high standard of work while maintaining a customer service focus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, applicant tracking systems, and has aptitude to learn new systems quickly
