ATTORNEY RECRUITING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR (LOS ANGELES)
The Attorney Recruiting and Development Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating the Firm’s summer associate program, fall on-campus interviewing, and lateral associate recruiting. Other duties include maintaining the Firm’s recruiting and continuing education databases, assisting on attorney training and diversity programs, and administrative duties, including responding to inquiries and related duties as assigned. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a high degree of professionalism and discretion with sensitive matters. The ability to work in a team while also handling individual responsibilities and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities are sought. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for growth potential. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
