E-Billing Coordinator – Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton is currently seeking an Electronic Billing Coordinator in our Downtown Los Angeles office.

We have an opening for a full-time Electronic Billing Coordinator. Candidate must have billing experience with the Aderant Expert Financial system and electronic billing experience with various ebilling vendors. Excellent communication skills are needed, as this position requires interaction with senior management, partners, clients and vendors.

Qualifications:

5 years billing experience using Aderant Expert Financial systems
2 years electronic billing experience using various ebilling vendors, i.e. Legal Tracker/Serengeti, LexisNexis CounselLink, Mitratech Collaborari, Tymetrix 360, Wolters Kluwer Passport, Allegient Legal-X, Ascent doeLegal, CSC Matter Management, Corridor Bridgeway and Legal Suite Solutions
Experience with the eBillingHub is a plus
Basic typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
Proficient with MSWord and Excel
Ability to work independently
Organize and prioritize tasks
Complete tasks within established deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Submit invoices electronically through multiple ebilling vendor’s website
Maintain timekeeper and matter information within the ebilling vendor’s websites
Submit accruals and budgets through various ebilling websites
Follow up on invoice rejections and reductions by communicating with clients and attorneys/secretaries
Submitting appeals through various ebilling websites
Track invoices received for electronic submission ensuring completion
Provide comprehensive reporting
Work overtime when needed
