The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of experience defending and counseling employers in hiring, firing, wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, leaves of absence, as well as in counseling employers and litigating in various jurisdictions (state and federal court, DFEH, EEOC, DLSE, DOL, EDD). Candidates must be in good standing with the CA State Bar. A strong academic record and writing skills are essential.
