Legal Recruiting / Professional Development Coordinator

Matura Farrington Staffing Services is currently seeking candidates for a Legal Recruiting & Professional Development Coordinator at a premiere Los Angeles law firm. The Legal Recruiting & Professional Development Coordinator will support firm-wide talent management and development initiatives as well as manage departmental resource creation. The firm will provide generous compensation and an attractive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

         Manage relationships in the firm’s recruiting database

         Research and identify continuing legal education credit opportunities

         Oversee vendor management and track rsvps for orientation events

         Assist in administering associate performance evaluations

         Attend recruiting events and schedule candidate interviews

Requirements:

         *Bachelor’s degree required

         *2+ years of recruiting in professional services

         Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

         viDesktop experience strongly preferred
