Litigation Paralegal – Orange County

National law firm has an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal in its’ Orange County office. The paralegal will perform a broad range of duties.
Principal responsibilities will include case management during all phases of the litigation process (case initiation, discovery, trial, and appeals), case calendaring, document management, filing and serving court documents, factual and legal research, and preparing attorneys for depositions, hearings, and trials. The candidate must have working knowledge of the California and Federal court rules and procedures.
