Looking for a Human Resources Star!

Mid-sized, socially conscious CPA/Accounting firm is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their Los Angeles office to support Employee Relations, Coaching, Performance Management, Compliance and general HR Operations. The position will report to the Chief People Officer and provide say to day strategy and advisory support to management and employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Develop strategic and operational HR programs that will strengthen culture, improve performance, and enhance engagement
  • Advise on key organizational and management issues
  • Coach business leaders on execution of performance management and talent management processes
  • Improve communication, build and maintain morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Analyze turnover and exit interview data to proactively identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Manage the resolution of complex employee relations issues
  • Maintain knowledge of HR trends & legislation
  • Support efforts with retention and development

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience – prof services preferred
  • Benefits experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
