Office Services Clerk / Jr Secretary

LA- Based law firm in the Huntington Beach area is looking to add an Office Services Clerk/ Jr Level Secretary to their team asap! The ideal candidate will be professional, responsible, hold experience with ProLaw and Adobe Acrobat programs and have stellar communication! Responsibilities:

  • Order medical records (primarily via the internet)
  • Handle overflow secretary work (organizing files, typing, maintaining spreadsheets)
  • Send invoicing to billing with correct case/matter data
  • Tracking, uploading, and transmitting records

Qualifications:

  • *High School Diploma
  • *Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat (preferred)
  • *Prolaw document management program or similar programs.
  • *Exceptional communication skills to communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients and attention to detail

*Represents basic qualifications for this role.

Pay:

  • DOE
