Matura Farrington is currently seeking candidates for a Records / Administrative Assistant for a law firm in downtown Los Angeles on a contract/temporary basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical duties such as organizing and retrieving files, maintain company records according to the organizations filing system, scanning, copying, intakes, multi phone experience and receptionist ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
- *2+ years records experience.
- *Must be able to work a long-term contract/temporary assignment.
- Strong organization skills; must be detail oriented, ability to multi-task.
- Must be tech savvy.
