Matura Farrington is currently seeking a temporary Records Clerk for a top tier international law firm in Orange County to support their busy records department.
Responsibilities for this position will include:
- Creating, updating and indexing files
- Organize and maintain and storage of physical and electronic records
- Maintain records storage spaces by preparing files for off‐site storage
- Assist with ongoing projects
*Must have 2+ years of legal records experience
*Must know how to index a pleading
*Must have familiarity managing electronic and physical databases
